High Desert Cyclists
Southern California CX Club
PO Box 8698
Lancaster CA 93539
The High Desert Cyclists have been riding and promoting cycling in the Antelope Valley since 2005. The club is made up of a diverse membership featuring ultra-distance riders to recreational cyclists to weekend racers.
Founded in 2005
The High Desert Cyclists Bicycle Club was formed to bring together the riders of the Antelope Valley. Lancaster, Palmdale, and the outlying areas are home to hundreds, if not thousands, of bicycle riders. The Antelope Valley has some of the best kept secrets in Southern California cycling. Featuring relatively traffic-free roads and wide open desert a dedicated cyclist can pedal for miles. With great year round weather it was time to form a club for the local cycling population. Riding together with like-minded cyclists makes riding more fun, more challenging, and an all-around good time.
