- Mini Grinder family friendly course for Youth and Juniors and First Timers. Circuits at the Finish.
- “A” and “B: Grinder Rides: longer option for experience riders. Shorter Grinder C route… a bit easier.
- Mix of paved and dirt roads and some trails. Obey all rules of the road and trails.
- Timed ride with check points.
- Post ride lunch included at Congregation Ale House from 11:30a-2:00pm

“A” GRINDER:Approx 50km and 5,000+ climbing. Suggested Series categories:
- For experienced fit riders: Men A,B, 45+A
“B” GRINDER: Approx 35 km ride. 3,000+ feet climbing. Suggested Series categories:
- For experienced fit riders. Single Speed Men A, Women AB, Wom 35+, Masters B, Masters 55+ 65+ Men C, *Juniors 15-18
“C” GRINDER: Approx 25 km ride. 2,000 feet climbing. Suggested Series categories:
- Single Speed Men B and Women, Men C – option 2, Women C, *Juniors 9-14, Juniors 15-18 – option 2
“C” GRINDER: Approx 25 km ride. 2,000 feet climbing. Suggested Series categories:
MINI GRINDER: Â First timers, Youth, Juniors 9-14
- 5 laps CX-Grinder style laps in the Hahamongna Watershed Park.
* All Juniors and Youth must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian in all ABC grinder rides.
