SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CYCLOCROSS
Southern California Cyclocross (known as SoCalCross) was formed in 2005 by an informal association of cycling clubs eager to grow the sport and to become the premier cyclocross race series in Southern California and nationwide! Since then the Series has hosted over 250 races to date from San Diego to San Luis Obispo!
SoCalCross has produced UCI Internationally sanctioned races since 2009 hosting Elite, U23 and Junior races for Men and Women bringing together some of the top ranked athletes from around the World to Southern California.  SoCalCross has been hosting UCI races since 2007 and the only UCI events in the State of California!
SoCalCross sanctions races with North American Bicycle Racing Association and USA Cycling

SoCalCross starts off each season hosting Cyclocross Skills Clinics and Rides via the SoCalCross Happy Hour Tour in partnership with bike shops and bicycle clubs  with a month-long series of clinics from San Diego to San Luis Obispo.  Each Prestige Series race also offers free beginner clinics and offers demo-rental bikes to newer riders with focus on Juniors and Collegiate/U23 participants.
The Series’ has become more than a bike race hosting healthy lifestyle, safety education for the local community called CycloFests including a healthy lifestyle expo, fun rides and runs, kids racing and bike skills zone all in a super fun festival environment.
