Join us for SoCalCross Fever Series – race #3 as cyclo-cross returns to Lake Casitas with Peloton Cross! Presented by Peloton Magazine and The MOB Shop!

The third round of SoCal Cross Cross Fever will be held on an all new course at beautiful Lake Casitas, between Ventura and Ojai in Ventura County. Designed with help from US Cyclocross legend, Tim Johnson, the lap is full of flowing lines and fun, fast sections. At 2k long you can be sure to get a lot of laps in during your race without too much suffering! Our prizes will be second to none, thanks to great support from So Cal Cross sponsors and other brands – Raleigh, Kenda, Panaracer, Kali, Xpeedo, Look, Tacx, Lazer, Cyclelogical and more. SCOTT Bikes will be supplying prizes for the SCOTT Hole SHOT award to the first rider off the line and through the first corner – helmets, sunglasses, even a wheelset! Every racer gets a free digital subscription to peloton magazine and every race winner gets a print subscription!

There will be plenty of great food all day long from Knead Baking Co and the Skratch Food Truck with Coffee from the Coffee Connection. The Ojai Beverage Company will be onsite with great beer so be ready to give, and take, some beer hand ups! We will have booths from Kenda, Raleigh, Salsa, The Mob Shop, peloton, Xpeedo, Cyclelogical and more for you to check out!

No license is necessary to race. So whether you have been contemplating your first cross race, want to hone the early season form, are a dedicated cross racer looking to finish the season strong or just want to have some family friendly fun at the races in a beautiful location, the first annual Peloton Cross p/b The Mob Shop is the event for you!

DIRECTIONS: From Ventura, take the 101 Freeway to Highway 33 North toward Ojai. Turn left at Baldwin Road/Route 150 toward Santa Barbara. Turn left on Santa Ana Road toward Lake Casitas Recreation Area. Make the first Right into Lake Casitas Recreation Area. After going through the gates, continue right approximately 1.5 miles to the event location. Location will be marked.

Lake Casitas Entrance Fee is $10 per vehicle. Carpool encouraged.. save $ for the Skratch Labs Food Truck…yum!
