Hope you can join us for our end of season ride, BBQ, videos and the Best of SoCalCross awards on Sunday, January 30th.
Meet us at historic Langtown in Thousand Oaks. LINK TO DIRECTIONS: 1260 Calle Violeta
If you want to ride, meet at 10:30AM and we’ll head out on a 2+ hour ride departing from the Langin’s house. Then its back to BBQ and hang out and eat.
If you want to eat, meet us at 2:00pm for the BBQ… BYOB and BBQ please, we will supply utensils and some drinks and gru…b. NEED EXTRA COOLERS & ICE.
At 3:00pm we will award the Best of SoCalCross including: Flickr Photo of the Week finalists (post your pics on our Flickr group), Best SoCalCross Video tag “SoCalCross” then post on YouTube or on Vimeo.com Our SoCalCross BrewMaster Competition will award the best home brewers, so bring your fav home brew!
At 4:00pm, the event is complete with mini-CX race on the world-famous Langtown mini-moto-x track.
Then around 5:00pm, as the sun sets we’ll watch our end of season video.slideshow and then the 2011 CX World Championships elite races!
